Telecaller

To generate sales and drive revenue by contacting potential and existing customers over the phone and promoting insurance products (Health, Life, Motor, etc.).

• 📋 Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to leads from databases, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
• Explain insurance products clearly and effectively.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable plans.
• Convert leads into policy sales by closing deals over the phone.
• Maintain daily call logs, customer interaction records, and sales reports.
• Follow up with interested customers via WhatsApp, email, or calls.
• Coordinate with the operations team for documentation and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company guidelines.
