Telecaller

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data

Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales

Explain products/services clearly and confidently

Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads

Update customer details in CRM

Build and maintain good customer relationships

Immediate joiners preferred

Prior experience in telecalling / sales process is an added advantage
