Job Title:Telecaller – Real Estate (Rental Properties) & Chat Support Executive

Job Summary:The Telecaller – Real Estate (Rental Properties) & Chat Support Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls and chat inquiries related to residential and commercial rental properties. The role involves lead handling, tenant coordination, property matching, and scheduling site visits while ensuring excellent customer support.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls related to rental property inquiries
• Respond to customer queries via chat platforms (WhatsApp, website chat, email)
• Share rental property details including rent, deposit, location, amenities, and availability
• Understand tenant requirements and suggest suitable rental options
• Schedule and coordinate property visits with owners, agents, or field staff
• Follow up with potential tenants and property owners
• Maintain and update rental leads in CRM or tracking systems
• Assist with rental documentation coordination (basic understanding of agreements preferred)
• Ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction
• Meet daily calling, chat handling, and lead conversion targets
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple chats and calls efficiently
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, CRM tools, and online chat systems
• Customer-oriented and persuasive communication style
• Knowledge of rental real estate processes is an advantage
• Experience:0–2 years experience in real estate telecalling, rentals, or customer support
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply
• Work Environment:Office / On-site / Remote (as applicable)
• Target-based role with incentives for closures and conversions
