Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to promote our car detailing services such as ceramic coating, PPF (Paint Protection Film), interior detailing, and polishing. The role involves handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and converting them into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential and existing customers to explain detailing services (PPF, ceramic coating, etc.)
• Follow up on leads from social media, website, and walk-ins
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments
• Maintain customer database and update CRM records
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate pricing/details
• Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling appointments
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in tele sales / customer support (automotive experience is a plus)
• Good communication skills in English + Kannada/Hindi/Tamil
• Basic knowledge of car detailing services preferred
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, and basic CRM tools

Preferred Skills

• Passion for cars and automotive care
• Experience in selling services like PPF, ceramic coating, or accessories
• Ability to handle customer objections and close deals
