Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Tele Callers to guide students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities in India and abroad.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries from students and parents
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, admission process, and career scope
- Counsel students based on their academic background and interests
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student information
- Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and documentation
- Achieve daily call targets and admission conversion goals
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Skills & Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil & Malayalam (other languages are an advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work with targets
