Job Overview -

Vidhyasri Academy is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Admission Executive / Telecaller to manage student inquiries and drive admissions. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, explaining course offerings, and converting leads into successful enrollments.

Qualification -

PUC / 12th pass candidates with good communication can also apply or Any Graduate preferred.

Experience -

1–2 years experience in Telecalling / Admissions / Sales, Preference will be given to Education Field Experience.

Key Responsibilities -

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for admission inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and career opportunities.
• Counsel students and parents regarding suitable programs.
• Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain records of inquiries and admissions in the system.
• Convert leads into confirmed admissions.
• Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth admission process.
• Achieve monthly/ quarterly admission targets.

Required Skills -

• Communication - English & Kannada prefered.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude and strong convincing and counseling ability.
• Basic Computer Knowledge- MS Office & WhatsApp Broadcast.

Working Hours - 10 am to 7 PM (Can vary based on requirement)

Working days - Mon to Sat.

Incentive (if any) - Yes, As per Admission closure.
