Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain our products/services, and support the sales team by maintaining accurate customer records and follow‑ups.

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services and generate leads or sales.
• Handle inbound calls, answer customer queries, and provide accurate information about the company’s offerings.
• Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively to customers.
• Understand customer needs by asking relevant questions and suggest suitable solutions.
• Maintain and update customer database/CRM with call details, feedback, and follow‑up actions.
• Record outcomes of calls including successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales or set appointments.
• Follow up with interested leads and existing customers to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to call scripts and company guidelines while customizing the conversation as per customer profile.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales set by the organization.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team and coordinate with sales/operations for closures.
