Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Caller to handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule site visits for the sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients from company leads
• Handle inbound enquiries and explain basic project details
• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales executives
• Follow up with interested clients regularly
• Maintain call logs and update CRM or lead sheets
• Achieve daily call and follow-up targets
• Share daily performance reports with the manager
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 10th / 12th / Graduate
• 0–3 years of experience (freshers can apply)
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & local language
• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)
• Working HoursOffice Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Incentives: Based on site visits and bookings
