Job Description

Key Responsibilities -

  • Lead Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on leads to engage potential patients and convert inquiries into appointments.
  • Patient Communication: Communicate effectively with potential leads, providing accurate and relevant information about Docube Healthcare's services.
  • Appointment Booking: Assist patients in scheduling appointments, ensuring a seamless booking process.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, lead statuses, and appointment details.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and with the clinic operations team to ensure smooth patient onboarding. 

Requirements -

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills to engage
  • with patients professionally and empathetically.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada to cater to a diverse patient base.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and prioritize effectively.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with marketing and clinic opera- tions teams.
  • Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or sales are a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
