Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to promote and generate leads for personal loan products. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining loan features, and converting leads into successful applications.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data

• Explain personal loan features, interest rates, and eligibility criteria
• Generate and qualify leads for personal loans
• Follow up with interested customers to close deals
• Maintain customer database and update call records
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions
