Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to potential candidates via phone and WhatsApp.
- Pitch job opportunities, explain perks like daily pay and flexible shifts.
- Screen candidates for basic requirements (bike ownership, valid license, age 18+).
- Schedule interviews and follow up on no-shows.
- Maintain accurate records in Excel sheets.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hindi/English (Kannada a plus); excellent communication skills.
- 6+ months BPO/telecalling experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills; target-driven mindset.
- Full-time role in Bengaluru; salary ₹18k-₹25k + incentives.
