Telecaller

We are seeking a Motivated and Persuasive Telecaller to join our Growing Cleaning Services Company. The telecaller will be Responsible for Reaching Out to Potential Customers, Explaining our Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services, and Converting Inquiries into Confirmed Bookings. This is a Key Role that helps Drive Revenue and Build Lasting Customer Relationships through Excellent Communication and Follow-Up. Key Responsibilities: Call Potential and Existing Customers to Explain our Services (e.g., Deep Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, Pest Control, Shifting (Packers & Movers), Marble & Mosaic Polishing). Handle Incoming Calls, Inquiries, and Service-Related Questions Professionally. Understand Customer Needs and Recommend Appropriate Cleaning Packages. Follow Up on Leads Generated through Marketing Campaigns, Social Media, or Referrals. Maintain a Database of Customer Interactions and Update CRM or Spreadsheets Regularly. Schedule Appointments and Coordinate with the Operations Team for Service Delivery. Achieve Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Targets and Conversion Goals. Handle Objections, Answer Customer Queries, and Build Positive Rapport. Collect Feedback After Service and Encourage Repeat Bookings or Referrals. Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent; a Degree In Sales, Marketing, or Communications is a Plus. Proven Experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or Similar Role Preferred. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills (English, Kannada, Hindi & Telugu). Confident, Polite, and Customer-Oriented Approach. Basic Computer Skills and Familiarity With CRM or Call Tracking Tools. Ability to Work Under Pressure and Meet Targets. Knowledge of Cleaning Services or Home Service Industries is a Plus (Training Will Be Provided).
