Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic Telecaller & Online Sales Executive to promote and onboard Business Correspondents (BCs) through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTelecallingMake outbound calls to potential candidates/leads for BC hiring
• Explain the BC model, earnings, eligibility, and benefits
• Answer queries and handle objections confidently
• Follow up with interested candidates till onboarding
• Maintain daily call records and conversion reports
• Online Sales & Digital PromotionPromote BC hiring through WhatsApp, social media, and online leads
• Share brochures, videos, and onboarding links digitally
• Guide candidates through online registration & KYC process
• Coordinate with backend team for approvals and activation
• Lead ManagementConvert fresh and follow-up leads into active BCs
• Maintain proper data of calls, WhatsApp chats, and status
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Eligibility & SkillsMinimum PUC / Any Graduation (preferred, not mandatory)
• Good communication skills in Kannada + Hindi/English
• Basic knowledge of smartphone, WhatsApp, internet
• Experience in telecalling / sales / banking / fintech is an advantage
• Freshers with confidence and willingness to learn are welcome
