🌟 Role OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to handle student inquiries related to overseas education. The role focuses on calling prospective students, explaining study-abroad options, scheduling counseling sessions, and supporting the admissions team in converting leads into enrollments.

📌 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries from students interested in overseas education

• Provide basic information about countries, universities, courses, intake timelines, and eligibility
• Understand student requirements and qualify leads effectively
• Schedule appointments for academic counselors
• Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversion
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead conversion goals
• Coordinate with counseling and admissions teams

🎯 Required QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline

• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, admissions, or education sales
• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Kannada/Tamil/Telugu is a plus)
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and working with targets
