Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to communicate with potential and existing customers over the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and/or handle inbound calls to customers
• Explain company products or services clearly and persuasively
• Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
• Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns
• Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets
• Follow company scripts and communication guidelines
