Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Peenya, Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for calling students currently studying in 12th standard, using the contact lists or databases provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to students currently studying 12th standard using provided contact lists or databases.
- Complete a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day as per assigned targets.
- Accurately collect, verify, and update student information, call details, and follow-up actions in the CRM system or designated database.
