Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

● Interact with prospective students via calls, emails, chats, and face-to-face meetings to understand their educational goals and advise them on suitable programs.

● Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and career outcomes in a clear and professional manner.

● Guide students through the entire application process, from initial inquiries to final admissions.

● Assist students in completing application forms, documentation, and admission formalities.

● Track and report student progress and feedback to improve services.

● Maintain detailed records of student interactions and application status in CRM systems and achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets as set by the management.
