Telecaller

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound and receive inbound calls from customers

Explain products/services clearly to customers

Handle customer queries and follow up on leads

Maintain call records and customer information

Achieve daily and monthly call targets

Requirements

Must speak Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam

Basic English communication required

Minimum 6+ months of telecalling experience

Good communication and convincing skills

Ability to work in a target-based environment
