💰 Salary:
- Fixed: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000
- Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 (Performance-based)

🧾 Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads from CRM or inquiry database
- Explain overseas education services, university options, and intake timelines
- Handle incoming student inquiries via calls or WhatsApp
- Follow up with interested students and update lead status
- Schedule counseling appointments for senior counselors
- Maintain call logs, lead status, and daily reports
- Answer basic student queries related to courses and documentation

✅ Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication in English
- Confident, polite, and persuasive communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Prior experience in telecalling, education, or customer service is a plus
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
