Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound and inbound calls to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide required information.
- Follow up with customers for payments / services as per process.
- Maintain accurate call records and update system data.
- Achieve daily calling and performance targets.
- Ensure professional and polite communication with customers.
- Adhere to company compliance and calling guidelines.
- Eligibility CriteriaQualification: PUC / Graduate
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in required regional language.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- DRA Certified candidates preferred (for higher salary slab).
- Candidates with collections / sales / customer support experience will be an added advantage.

- PUC + Experience – ₹14,000
- Graduate Fresher – ₹14,000
- Graduate (Experienced without experience letter / Other domain) – ₹15,000
- Graduate with Collections / Sales / Customer Support Experience – ₹16,000
- PUC – DRA Certified – ₹16,000
- Graduate + Relevant Experience & DRA Certified – ₹17,000
- Graduate + Relevant Experience + DRA Certified + Police Verification – ₹18,000
