Telecaller

Job Summary:

The Tele caller will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, promoting real estate properties, and driving sales through effective communication over the phone and other channels. This role requires understanding customer needs, providing accurate property information, scheduling appointments for property viewings, and contributing to the company’s overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, database follow-ups, and inbound inquiries.
• Promote residential and commercial real estate properties to prospective buyers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Maintain a strong understanding of property features, pricing, and market trends.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits or meetings between clients and sales representatives.
• Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.
