Telecaller

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Fundraising Telecaller to contact donors and supporters, explain our charitable initiatives, and raise funds for social causes. The role involves building trust, maintaining donor relationships, and encouraging contributions through effective communication.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to existing and potential donors
• Explain the charity’s mission, projects, and impact clearly
• Request donations politely and confidently
• Answer donor queries and address concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate donor records and call details
• Follow up with interested donors for confirmations
• Achieve daily/weekly fundraising targets
