Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele caller to handle outbound and inbound calls, guide prospective students, and support the admissions process. The role requires strong communication skills and a friendly, persuasive approach.

Key Responsibilities

               •            Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads

               •            Handle inbound inquiries about courses, fees, schedules, and admissions

               •            Explain institute programs clearly and professionally

               •            Follow up with interested candidates and maintain call records

               •            Coordinate with the admissions team for enrolments

               •            Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

               •            Maintain positive student relationships

Required Skills

               •            Good verbal communication skills

               •            Basic computer knowledge

               •            Persuasion and listening skills

               •            Patience and professional attitude

               •            Ability to meet targets

Qualifications

               •            Minimum PUC / Any Degree preferred

               •            Prior tele calling or customer service experience is an advantage
