Job Description

We are looking for a focused and well-spoken Telecaller who will handle incoming and outbound leads for door manufacturing and door dealer businesses. The role is to qualify leads, understand customer requirements, coordinate with dealers or sales teams, and ensure timely follow-ups that convert enquiries into site visits or sales conversations.


This is not a call-center script role. It requires understanding products, locations, and intent.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Handling & Qualification:

  • Call all incoming leads from ads, website, WhatsApp, and referrals within defined timelines
  • Understand customer requirements such as door type, quantity, budget range, location, and timeline
  • Classify leads as hot, warm, or cold based on buying intent
  • Capture accurate lead details in CRM or tracking sheets


Follow-ups & Conversion

  • SupportRegular follow-ups with interested leads as per process
  • Share dealer or sales team details to qualified prospects
  • Coordinate between customer and dealer/sales team for next steps
  • Ensure no lead is ignored or lost due to delay


Dealer & Sales Coordination

  • Route leads to the correct dealer or internal sales executive based on location
  • Confirm whether leads were contacted and updated
  • Take feedback from dealers/sales teams on lead quality
  • Escalate issues such as delayed response or missed follow-ups


Reporting & Tracking

  • Maintain daily call logs and lead status updates
  • Share daily and weekly reports on:
  • Leads received
  • Leads contacted
  • Follow-ups pending
  • Conversions and closures (if shared by dealer)
  • Highlight recurring objections or customer concerns


Skills & Requirements Must-Have

  • Good spoken English and regional language (Hindi / local language preferred)
  • Clear communication and listening skills
  • Basic understanding of sales conversations
  • Comfortable with calling 50–100 leads per day
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or CRM tools
  • Discipline in follow-ups and updates


KPIs & Performance MetricsLead contact time (speed to first call)

  • Percentage of leads contacted
  • Lead qualification accuracy
  • Follow-up consistency
  • Dealer/sales team feedback on lead quality
  • Conversion assistance (appointments, site visits, dealer meetings)
