🎯 Role Overview:We’re looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to reach out to students and parents, explain our study abroad services, and schedule appointments for counseling. You’ll be the first voice of Edmitz and play a key role in lead conversion.

• 📌 Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to leads from CRM or inquiry database.
• Explain overseas education services, university options, and intake timelines.
• Answer incoming student inquiries via call or WhatsApp.
• Follow up with interested leads and update status.
• Schedule counseling appointments for senior counselors.
• Maintain call logs, lead status, and daily reports.
• Handle basic student queries related to documents, courses, etc.

✅ Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication in English
• Confident, polite, and persuasive communication style.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Prior experience in telecalling, education, or customer service is a plus.
• Freshers with good communication are welcome.
