Telecaller

Handle breakdown-related calls from drivers, coordinate with technicians, track issue

resolution, and ensure timely closure with proper communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend inbound & outbound breakdown calls

• Understand issue and allocate technician

• Follow up till breakdown is resolved

• Update call logs and breakdown status in system

• Provide regular updates to drivers

• Escalate critical cases

Skills Required:

• Good communication (English + local language)

• Basic vehicle knowledge (preferred)

• Coordination & follow-up skills

• Basic computer knowledge

Qualification:

• Any graduate / diploma

• Telecalling or operations experience preferred

Work:

6 days working | Rotational shifts
