Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and articulate Telecaller to join our communication and customer engagement team. The role primarily involves conducting welcome calls, explaining course details, building rapport with learners, and supporting the sales and support team through effective communication. This position is ideal for candidates with a logical mindset and previous telecalling experience—especially within the training or education industry.



Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome Calls: Initiate welcome and onboarding calls for new leads and enrolled students.
  • Information Sharing: Clearly explain course details, schedules, benefits, and processes to potential and existing learners.
  • Lead Engagement: Engage with leads to understand their needs and direct them to the appropriate team when required.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to ensure smooth communication and improved conversion.
  • Logical Understanding: Analyze learner queries, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
  • Support Sales Process: Coordinate with the sales team by sharing feedback, lead responses, and call insights.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate call logs and update lead status in CRM systems.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from learners for continuous improvement of services.
  • Professional Communication: Ensure polite, positive, and effective communication during every interaction.



Qualifications

  • 12th Pass / Degree / Diploma
  • We are looking for Female candidates with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English are a must
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to handle calls professionally and build rapport
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Experience working in the training / education / coaching industry is a must
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively
