Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making a minimum of 200+ calls daily, with the objective of encouraging individuals to complete their profiles on our application. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to persuade and influence potential users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a minimum of 200 calls daily to potential users.
• Align them for the F2F round of interviews.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets, aiming to convert at least 50% of people daily to connect.
• Maintain a detailed record of calls made, including follow-ups and statuses.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product developments and enhance communication skills.
• Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in sales/customer service (Freshers also welcome).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed conversion targets.
• Good understanding of telemarketing best practices and regulations.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and resilient in handling rejections.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and proficient in MS Office.
