Role: Tele Support & Customer Outreach Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Tele Support & Customer Outreach Executive to handle customer enquiries, make follow-up calls, and assist with posting advertisements on social media platforms such as Facebook and WhatsApp groups. The role involves responding to customer messages, managing incoming calls, and helping generate leads through online outreach.

Job Location: Bangalore, Eranakulam, Trivandrum, Thrissur, Kottayam, Adoor, Varkala & Mattancherry [Accommodation provided)

Key Responsibilities

1. Telecalling & Customer Follow-up

• Make outgoing calls to potential customers and leads.
• Respond to incoming calls and provide information about services.
• Follow up with enquiries and convert them into bookings.
• Maintain polite and professional communication with clients.

2. Online Enquiry Handling

• Respond to Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) enquiries promptly.
• Reply to customer messages on WhatsApp and other messaging platforms.
• Provide service details, pricing, and booking information.

3. Social Media Outreach

• Post advertisements and service promotions in Facebook Groups.
• Share promotional content in WhatsApp groups.
• Ensure posts are made regularly to generate enquiries.

4. Lead Management

• Maintain a simple record of customer enquiries and follow-ups.
• Update management on daily leads, calls, and conversions.
• Ensure quick response to new enquiries.

5. Administrative Support

• Assist with basic promotional activities.
• Support management with customer communication tasks when required.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (phone and messaging)
• Basic knowledge of Facebook and WhatsApp
• Ability to respond quickly to enquiries
• Friendly and persuasive communication
• Basic computer or smartphone handling

Qualification

• Minimum PUC / 12th pass
• Prior telecalling or customer support experience preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply

Working Style

• Handling calls, messages, and online enquiries throughout the day
• Regular posting in social media groups for promotions
• Maintaining a polite and helpful approach with customers

Salary:

Base Salary: 15K Per Month
