Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

We are looking for a data entry job involves inputting, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems and databases with a high degree of accuracy. Key responsibilities include transcribing information from various sources, verifying data for errors, and organizing digital and physical files. Data entry professionals must possess strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. 

Core responsibilities

• Data input: Entering alphabetic and numeric information from source documents (like paper files, or audio/video content) into databases or spreadsheets using a keyboard or scanner.
• Data verification and correction: Reviewing, correcting, or deleting entered data to ensure accuracy and integrity, and identifying and reporting errors.
• Data organization: Sorting, organizing, and maintaining records and files, both physical and digital, for efficient retrieval and backup.
• Confidentiality: Protecting sensitive company and customer information by adhering to confidentiality protocols.
• Report generation: Compiling and assisting with generating reports based on the data collected.
• Administrative support: Performing general office tasks, which may include scanning documents, answering phones, and supporting other departments.
