Job Title: Telecaller & Data Entry Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented Telecaller & Data Entry Executive who can handle customer calls and manage accurate data entry. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil, Kannada, English, Hindi, and Telugu, and be comfortable with both communication and computer-based work.

Key Responsibilities:Telecalling:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers and leads
• Communicate clearly in Tamil, Kannada, English, Hindi, and Telugu
• Explain company products/services professionally
• Follow up with customers and maintain call records
• Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets

Data Entry:

• Enter and update customer and lead data accurately
• Maintain records in Excel and internal systems
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare basic reports as required
• Ensure data confidentiality and integrity
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Fluency in Tamil, Kannada, English, Hindi & Telugu (mandatory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Good typing speed with high accuracy
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
