Responsibilities: Call Centre II Customer Support

Candidate needs to have Good communication in English with Hindi Mandate, plus other languages would be added advantage)

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly

• Identify customer's needs, clarify information and provide solutions

• Ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar with using computer

• Record details of customer interactions

• Preferably candidates with Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada

• Interest in learning about Banking/ Luxury Cars/Bikes/Healthcare/Food Industry / Banking & other Customer Service Industries

Day Shifts

10am to 7pm

11am to 8pm

12 noon to 9pm
