​Maintain a detailed record of calls and customer details.

​Prepare and send daily reports on call activity.

​Requirements:

​Excellent communication skills (Kannada & English preferred).

​Prior experience as a Telecaller is a plus.

​Ability to be persuasive and handle customer queries.

​2. Job Opening: Sales Executive

​Responsibilities:

​Manage and convert leads provided by the company.

​Call customers, understand their requirements, and build rapport.

​Schedule and take customers for site visits (to the layout/property).

​Follow up with clients to finalize deals.

​Focus on closing sales and achieving monthly targets.

​Send regular sales reports to the manager.

​Requirements:

​Proven experience in sales, preferably in a target-driven role.

​Strong negotiation and closing skills.

​Must have a two-wheeler (for site visits).

​Target-oriented and self-motivated.

​3. Job Opening: Team Leader

​Responsibilities:

​Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Telecallers and Sales Executives.

​Set daily/weekly targets and monitor team performance.

​Provide training and support to team members.

​Handle escalations and assist in closing high-value sales.

​Prepare and send detailed performance reports to management.

​Requirements:

​Proven experience in a team-handling or sales leadership role.

​Strong leadership and people management skills.

​Excellent sales and reporting abilities.
