Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our interior design team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our interior design services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. You will play a vital role in generating leads and supporting the company’s sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases or lists.

Introduce the company’s interior design services, focusing on residential, commercial, and renovation projects.

Identify client needs and interest in interior design services and qualify leads for the sales team.

Appointment Scheduling:

Schedule meetings or calls between potential clients and the interior design sales team.

Ensure follow-up on warm leads and maintain a pipeline of interested clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Handle inquiries from clients regarding interior design services, pricing, and project timelines.

Address basic client questions and objections professionally, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.

Record Keeping & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all calls and client interactions in the CRM system/ Google Sheet.

Provide regular reports on call outcomes, lead quality, and client feedback to the sales and marketing teams.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates and refine calling strategies.

Share client feedback and insights with the team to help improve service offerings.
