About the Role:We are hiring Tele Collection Executives for our Bommanahalli office. The role involves making collection calls to customers, reminding them of overdue payments, and negotiating repayment terms while ensuring professionalism.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments.
• Remind and follow up with customers regarding pending dues.
• Negotiate repayment schedules and resolve basic queries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer commitments.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.
• Handle objections politely and escalate when necessary.
• Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Requirements:Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream).
• Experience in tele-calling/collections/customer service preferred (Freshers welcome).
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
