Telecaller Outbound

We are seeking a motivated and confident Tele caller to join our sales/support team. As a Tele caller, your primary role is to make calls to potential customers, introduce our products/services, and set appointments or close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Make calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries.

Explain products or services and generate interest.

Follow up with leads regularly to convert into customers.

Maintain records of calls and customer details in the CRM.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages].

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM usage).
