Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive who can help grow our B2B business by connecting with companies, generating leads, and converting inquiries into customers. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining our products and services, understanding client requirements, and building long-term business relationships. You will be responsible for follow-ups, maintaining call data, and supporting the sales team with qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients

• Explain product features and services in a simple and confident way

• Understand client needs and share suitable solutions

• Generate leads and book appointments for the sales team

• Maintain call records and daily follow-up reports

• Build and maintain strong business relationships

• Meet weekly and monthly targets

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (any two is fine)

• Experience in telecalling or B2B sales is preferred

• Basic knowledge of CRM or Excel

• Confident, polite, and target-oriented

• Ability to handle customer queries and objections calmly
