Telecaller Outbound

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Outbound Telecaller to join our company. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining various loan products (personal, business, home, etc.), and assisting them through the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products.
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Convert leads into successful loan applications.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Experience in tele sales, loan processing, or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of banking or loan products is an advantage.
• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma / Graduate.
