Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Executive – Outbound to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products/services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from the provided database.
• Explain company products, services, or membership plans to customers clearly.
• Generate leads, appointments, or sales opportunities for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups in the system.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert them into potential clients.
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales or operations team when required.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in English and local languages (Hindi/Kannada/Tamil etc.).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• QualificationAny Graduate / PUC / Diploma
• Prior experience in tele calling, telesales, customer support, or outbound calling is preferred.
