About the Role

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Female Tele caller to prospect potential clients for a premium luxury apartment complex in Bangalore. The role involves contacting prospective buyers, generating interest, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases

Introduce the luxury apartment project and explain key features and benefits

Identify customer requirements and qualify leads

Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team

Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM or spreadsheets

Build and maintain positive relationships with potential buyers

Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Female candidates preferred

Excellent communication skills in English

Must be fluent in English + one additional language (Hindi or Telugu)

Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or real estate sales is an advantage

Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally

Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM tools)

Preferred Experience

0–3 years of experience in tele calling or sales

Experience in real estate or luxury product sales is a plus
