Telecaller Outbound

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Domestic Telecaller to join our team. As a Domestic Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and/or receiving inbound calls from customers across India. Your primary objective will be to provide excellent customer service, generate leads, meet sales targets, and promote our products/services.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote products/services

- Receive inbound calls from customers and address queries, concerns, and complaints

- Provide accurate information about products/services and ensure customer satisfaction

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback

- Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and goals

- Upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing customers
