📞 Telecaller – Sales (Water Purifiers & Softeners) 

📍 Jayanagar 4th Block, Bengaluru

🕘 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM | Full-time

💰 Salary : ₹15,000–₹20,000 base + incentives + PF/ESIC

What we’re looking for: 

We’re hiring a Telecaller for our client with at least 1 or 2 years of cold calling experience in the water purifier, AMC services, or softener industry. You’ll be calling customers and businesses from our company list, explaining our services, and closing sales over the phone.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to customers and businesses from our company list
• Pitch AMC services and product unit sales (ROs, softeners, filters)
• Handle customer queries and explain solutions clearly
• Record call details and customer updates in our CRM system
• Follow up with prospects to close deals
• Work closely with the admin, sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding

Must-haves:

• 1 to 2 years of cold calling experience in water purifier/AMC/softener sales
• Strong communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi
• Confidence in pitching and handling objections
• Basic computer skills to update customer details
