Qualification: Any Graduate | Languages: Fluent English

Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 am | 6 Days working(Mon to Sat)

Job Description

-Handle front desk operations including greeting visitors and managing inquiries professionally.

-Attend and make calls to clients/customers, providing accurate information about services.

-Schedule appointments and maintain records of calls, visitors, and follow-ups.

-Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication and service delivery.

-Maintain office registers, data entry, and basic documentation.

-Follow up with leads and ensure conversion through effective communication.

-Handle emails and assist in day-to-day administrative tasks.

-Ensure a positive customer experience with good communication and interpersonal skills.
