- We are looking for a Female Telecaller to join our Loan Sales Team. The role involves outbound calling to potential customers, explaining loan products, generating leads, and ensuring smooth follow-up until conversion.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for loan products
- Explain loan features, benefits, and eligibility
- Generate leads and maintain call records
- Follow up with customers for documentation and closures
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets
- Provide accurate product information and customer support
- Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- 0–2 years experience in telecalling/loan sales preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or local language
