Telecaller Outbound

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller – Outbound to join our loan sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining loan products (personal loans, home loans, business loans, etc.), and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads.

Promote and explain various loan products such as personal loans, home loans, or business loans.

Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate loan products.

Follow up on leads and maintain a strong follow-up schedule.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in CRM or call log sheets.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries related to loan products.

Coordinate with the sales and backend team for loan processing and documentation.
