We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, arrange client site visits, and support the sales team in converting inquiries into bookings. You will play a key role in driving business growth through effective communication, follow-ups, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify leads through referrals, campaigns, and follow-ups.
  • Convert fresh and cold leads into client walk-ins and drive them toward property bookings.
  • Conduct data calling, schedule and arrange site visits for new and potential clients.
  • Perform feedback calls post site visits and maintain lead follow-up records.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to provide backend support and ensure smooth client engagement.
  • Track, manage, and maintain the outcome of each inquiry/lead in CRM tools.
  • Analyze client needs and recommend suitable projects or property options.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets related to leads, walk-ins, and conversions.
  • Prepare reports and performance analysis for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 2–5 years in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer support (real estate experience preferred).
  • Freshers with strong communication and confidence are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate, property sales, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Kannada, English, Hindi, and regional language.
  • Should be reliable, self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work weekends and thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong team leadership and coordination skills.
