Telecaller (Service Centre)

We are looking for a polite, professional, and customer-focused Telecaller to handle incoming and outgoing calls for the Service Centre. The role involves assisting customers with product service inquiries, complaint registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth after-sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product servicing, repairs, and status updates.
• Make outbound calls for feedback, service reminders, and pending repair updates.
• Register customer complaints and maintain accurate service records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to provide real-time service status.
• Guide customers on service procedures, warranty coverage, and spare part availability.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and professional assistance.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the service manager when required.
• Maintain daily call logs and prepare reports on service calls handled.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience as a telecaller, customer care executive, or call centre representative.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (local language is an added advantage).
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and products preferred.
• Good computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools).
• Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations.
