Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller / Telesales Executive to connect with medical students and doctors, understand their learning needs, and promote our medical books and courses. The role involves outbound calling, lead conversion, and maintaining customer relationships using CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to medical students and doctors using company-provided leads

Explain features and benefits of medical books and courses clearly

Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets

Follow up with interested prospects via calls and WhatsApp

Update call outcomes, follow-ups, and sales data accurately in the CRM

Handle customer queries and provide basic product information

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch

Maintain professionalism and positive brand representation at all times

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 0 to 4 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome)

Education: 10+2 to Graduate

Languages:

English – Mandatory

Hindi – Mandatory

Any regional language will be an added advantage

Skills Require

Strong verbal communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of telesales or customer interaction

Comfortable using CRM tools, calling software, and WhatsApp

Ability to work with targets and incentives

Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets preferred)

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Incentives:

Performance-based monthly incentives

Per-sale incentives (no upper limit on earnings)
