Telecalling Executive

We are looking for confident and customer-focused Female Tele calling Executives to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain loan products follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into successful applications while achieving daily and monthly calling targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inquiries
• Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Maintain call records and customer details in CRM

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
• Experience: Freshers or experienced telecallers can apply
• Good communication skills in English and local language (Kannada preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge
