Job Description:- 

• Answering Phones From Caregivers Professionally And Responding To Caregiver Inquiries And Complaints

• Calling caregivers from the database provided and shortlisting as per Helpee guidelines

• Communicating And Passing The Leads To Concern In Deployment Team. 

• Analyze Caregiver Issues And Assist In Resolving them Within The Required Timeframe 

• Manage All Caregiver Inquiries And Summarize To Present To Management  

 • Manage database of caregivers

Required Skills And Qualifications:- 

• Minimum Graduation Is Required

• Proven Customer Service/Support Experience

• Strong Phone Contact Handling Skills And Active Listening 

• Microsoft Skills Required

• Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills 

• Ability To Multitask, Prioritize And Manage Time Effectively 

• Administer And Prioritize The Incoming Requests And Ensure Achievement Of All Deadlines Within The Required Timeframe 

• Maintain Accuracy Of All Data Received And Verify The Same. 

• Build Sustainable Relationships And Engage Caregivers By Taking The Extra Mile
